Popular merienda/childhood favorite/lazy day meal

Just mix Kusî with soy sauce and oil then toss with your favorite noods. Add toppings to your liking aka whatever's in your fridge.

Hot, fresh and convenient like those plastic packs but this one's made with natural ingredients like mushroom (with Vitamin B and calcium), green mango (high in fiber) and calamansi (packed with Vitamin C).

Anyone can make this + there are absolutely no artificial flavors. Guiltless pleasure. 



  • 1.5 tbs Kusî sisig seasoning

  • 1 tbs soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tbs oil (we like coconut) 

  • 1/2 lb your favorite noodles

Possible toppings: try scallions, sesame seeds, a fried egg, leafy greens, tofu crumbles..

Serves 2-3.

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. 

  2. In a bowl, mix Kusî with soy sauce and oil to form a paste.

  3. Drain noodles and mix well with prepared sauce.

  4. Finish with any toppings!
