Childhood favorite/popular merienda/college days/lazy day meal. Instant noodles are a favorite worldwide and the Philippines is no exception.

Hot, fresh and convenient like those plastic packs but this one's made with natural ingredients like mushroom (with Vitamin B and calcium), green mango (high in fiber) and calamansi (packed with Vitamin C).

Simply mix Kusî with soy sauce and oil then toss with your favorite noods. Add toppings to your liking aka whatever you got in the fridge.

Anyone can make this + there are absolutely no artificial flavors. Guiltless pleasure.

Instant Noodles: Sisig Flavor

Serves 2-3. Possible toppings: scallions, sesame oil, fried egg, leafy greens, fried tofu crumbles, caramelized spam..


  • 1 tbs Kusî sisig seasoning

  • 1 tbs soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tbs oil (we like coconut)

  • 8 oz your favorite noodles


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. In a bowl, mix Kusî with soy sauce and oil to form a paste.

  3. Drain noodles and mix well with prepared sauce.

  4. Finish with any toppings.
